Pale yellow colour with a green tinge. Crisp, fresh fruity bouquet of green apple, gooseberries, peach, pears over notes of elderflower, sweet herbs and citrus aromas.
Mouth-watering taste of fresh gooseberries, citrus, lime and green apple with a crisp, fruit-driven finish. Pure drinking pleasure.
