Bright yellow colour with highly attractive aromas of ripe gooseberries, red- and black currant, passion fruit and honeydew melon, over an array of pip and stone fruits, and intense mineral characters.

The palate shows complexity with a finely woven and mineral rich, perfectly integrated structure, over ripe gooseberries and cassis flavours, supported by passion fruit, mango, a touch of honeydew melon and a touch of yellow pepper.

Lasting fruit and mineral rich aftertaste with ripe gooseberries and delicate citrus lemon freshness.

Alc.: 14.0 %vol.

Maturation: 50% in stainless steel and 50% in neutral big oak casks (3,000 liter) for 6 month.
