Your right to be informed

Protecting your personal data is a matter of great concern to us. We process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal requirements (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). This Data Protection Statement provides you with information about the most important aspects of data processing with regard to our website.

Contacting us

If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, the data you provide us for the purpose of the processing of your enquiry and follow-up questions will be stored for six months. We do not share this data without your consent.

Storage of data

Please note that for easier placement of an order and its subsequent processing by the webshop operator, the IP data of the internet subscriber as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer are stored using cookies.

We also store the following data to process your order: email address and telephone number. The data you provide is required to fulfil your order and/or carry out activities leading up to the order. Without this data, we cannot complete your order. A transfer of data to third parties does not occur with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to 1) the banking institution/payment service provider to debit the purchase price, 2) the carrier contracted to deliver the purchase and 3) our tax accountant to fulfil our tax liabilities.

After a purchasing process has been broken off, the data we have stored is deleted. When an order is completed, all data concerning the contractual relationship is stored until the end of the tax record retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, articles purchased and date of purchase are stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years). Data is processed in accordance with the legal requirements of § 96 Par. 3 of the Telecommunications Act and Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for performance of a contract) of the GDPR.

Contradiction
While we have legitimate interests in using the Facebook Pixel and storing “conversion cookies”, we offer you opt-out options. You can object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and use of your data to display Facebook ads. To set which types of ads you see within Facebook, you can go to the page set up by Facebook and follow the instructions on the usage-based advertising settings.
