Unlike conventional gins, which are traditionally made from cereals or potatoes, Walter Skoff distilled Sauvignon Blanc from his best single vineyards in southern Styria. This is not only of particular importance here, but also enjoys a high international reputation. It gives the basic distillate a fresh aroma and supports the style together with various botanicals and juniper. Walter Skoff mixed these flavors with the distillate from Sauvignon Blanc to obtain an abundance of aromas. Juniper is contained discreetly so that the delicate Sauvignon notes are not covered.

Color: Clear. Nose: complex, fruity, aromatic, juniper, sauvignon. Taste: Great aromatic intensity. Finish: Long lasting, rich in finesse.
