Very intensive aroma of gooseberries, blackcurrant, maracuja, honeydew melon, a touch of stone fruit and distinctive minerality.
TASTE
A complex and firm structure with well-balanced, soft minerality, ripe gooseberries and blackcurrant, maracuja, papaya, a touch of honeydew melon with a very discreet note of yellow pepper. The long aftertaste is dominated by a combination of fruit and minerality, ripe gooseberries and discreet yellow citrus notes.
