Green asparagus, elderflower and herbs.

TASTE

Fresh and very complex, elderflower, herbs and a tiny pinch of fresh hazelnut on the palate. Additionally bright fruit like yellow gooseberries wiht a fine structure and good length.

SKOFF ORIGINAL Ried Hochsulz Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect complement to white meat, vegetables, light fish dishes, poultry, risotto and mushrooms. It is equally good as an accompaniment to pasta, curd cheese, hard cheese, goat cheese, sheep’s milk cheese, seafood, Asian dishes, crustaceans and asparagus.
