SKOFF ORIGINAL Royal Sauvignon Blanc is a strong, perfectly structured and elegant wine with distinctive, profound minerality. Aged in a barrique, it is a good alternative to a red wine.
COLOUR
Pale yellow with green reflections
NOSE
Approachable, subtly floral, exotic tropical fruits, a little light oak aromas, delicate, almost playful.
TASTE
Floral on the palate, grapefruit zest and a pinch of oriental spices, lively, fine-grained acidity, still very young, the most subtle Royal to date in terms of wood.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
We recommend SKOFF ORIGINAL Royal Sauvignon Blanc for goose and duck liver, creamy fish dishes, dark meat, medium to rich fish dishes and Asian cuisine.
